For the vinaigrette:

¼ cup Bodacious Olive Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar

1 TBS Bodacious Olive Toasted Sesame Oil

1-2 TBS Bodacious Olive Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

1 small to medium garlic clove, finely chopped or minced

In a small bowl, stir together Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar and garlic. Slowly whisk in the oils to emulsify the mixture. Any remaining dressing can be stored in an airtight container.

For the salad:

Measurements are up to you, depending on how many people you are feeding and personal taste!

Seasoned & sautéed chicken breast, shredded

Romaine lettuce, torn or chopped into bite-size pieces

Green and red cabbage, shredded (use two varieties to add color and nutrition to the salad)

Carrots, julienned or made into matchsticks

Fresh Cilantro, chopped

Fried Chow Mein noodles ( or ramen noodles)

Sliced almonds, toasted

Add everything but the chow mein noodles together in a large bowl and toss to mix. Plate the salad and sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Drizzle on the dressing just before eating.
