Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients: Brussel Sprouts (Chopped in half), Salt, Pepper, Our Harissa Olive Oil and Persian Lime Olive Oil

To Create:

Chop Brussel Sprouts


Add Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper to taste



Sautéed Apples:

Ingredients: Three Apples, Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar, Salt

To Create:

Chop Apples into small pieces

Soak in Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar

Sautee with Lid for apx. 20 Minutes




Couscous with Hemp Seeds:

Ingredients: Couscous, Butter, Salt, Pepper, Hemp Seeds (Great natural source of protein!)

To Create:

Bring your couscous to a boil with just the right amount of water (We used a rice cooker for extra ease!)

Add Butter, Salt and pepper

Mix in Hemp Seeds *Completely Optional (Try Everman’s to grab yours, or Amazon!)

Allow couscous to simmer and soak in the delicious flavors


Just add your favorite protein – and you are all set with healthy, all-star sides!
