5 oz. quality bittersweet chocolate
1/3 cup + 1 TBS Blood Orange Olive Oil*
½ cup sugar
3 large eggs
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch of sea salt
½ cup Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar*

Preheat oven to 375. Grease 8 inch round baking pan with 1 TBS of Blood Orange olive oil. Melt finely chopped chocolate with olive oil. Remove from heat and whisk in the sea salt and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each one. Sift cocoa powder over the chocolate and whisk until just combined. Pour batter into pan and bake for 20-23 minutes, or until top has formed a thin crust. Cook cake in pan for 5 minutes, then invert on serving plate. Simmer the balsamic until it is half (1/4 cup) or until it thickens and it coats the back of a spoon. Top with whipped cream and drizzle the Dark Chocolate Balsamic Reduction.
Garnish with fresh Strawberries.
