So, the next time you have herbs over growing in the garden, or a few hours on your time: try this project to save you time now and into the wintery seasons ahead of us. You’ll need an “old school” ice tray – which you can find at your grocery store, or dollar store.

Step One: Pour Bodacious Olive olive oil (We suggest a hearty flavor, or traditional) over your favorite herb(s).

Step Two: Cover lightly with plastic wrap and freeze overnight.

Step Three:Remove the frozen cubes and store in freezer containers or small bags.

*Don’t forget to label each container or bag with the type of herb (and oil) inside!
