Maple Sweet Potato Fries

2 Large Sweet Potatoes

1 Tablespoon Bodacious Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. of Aged Pure Maple Dark Balsamic

1/2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon

1 Tsp. Salt

1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper

How to?

Cut sweet potatoes into wedges, skinny fries – or your favorite version of fries

Cover with all toppings listed above

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes

Pause: Shuffle Fries around for Complete Baking

Bake again at 425 for 10 Minutes
